/ Offline → Digital

The first touch happens offline. We build the second.

/second helps brands and agencies brainstorm, design and build the digital layer behind physical campaigns.

We turn real-world activations into measurable digital journeys, consented first-party data and stronger customer relationships.

  1. 01Moment

    A tasting. A festival. A pop-up.

  2. 02Interaction

    A scan, a tap, a conversation.

  3. 03Signal

    The moment becomes visible.

  4. 04Data

    Consented. First-party. Yours.

  5. 05Relationship

The follow-up has somewhere to go.

/the-gap

Millions are spent creating moments. Too many disappear afterwards.

  • 01A tasting ends.

    No signal

  • 02A festival ends.

    No signal

  • 03A pop-up disappears.

    No signal

  • 04A sponsorship ends.

    No signal

The consumer walks away.
And often, so does the relationship.

/second brings the discipline of digital marketing to physical campaigns. Every real-world interaction gets somewhere to go — and every campaign gets something to show for it.

/what-we-do

From moments to measurable journeys.

Our work starts before development — often before the concept is final. Bring us in at any stage. Most projects run through all four.

Turn physical campaign ideas into digital opportunities.

We sit at the table while the idea is still moving. What could the scan, the tap or the conversation become? What is worth knowing about the person holding the product — and what do they get in return?

  • Customer journey design

  • Post-activation journeys
  • AI opportunities

/ai

AI gives the second touch a brain.

Not as a gimmick. As a capability.

AI lets a physical campaign do things it couldn’t do before: hold a conversation, understand the answer, adapt the outcome — and decide what should happen next.

One scan. Thirty seconds.

Example scenario — a product tasting

A consumer tastes the product and scans the QR code on the bar.

  • Conversational experiences

    Turn forms into conversations.

The questionnaire nobody finishes becomes a chat people enjoy.

  • Personalisation

Adapt campaign outcomes based on real-time interaction.

Different answers, different results: content, offers, recommendations, generated imagery.

  • AI brand ambassadors

Let consumers interact with an intelligent brand personality.

Your tone of voice. Your product knowledge. Your guardrails.

  • Intelligent data capture

Transform natural conversation into structured preference data.

Clean fields for the CRM — without asking anyone to fill in fields.

  • Agentic follow-up

Let AI trigger and coordinate what happens after the activation.

Qualify, route, enrich and follow up — set in motion by a physical interaction.

  • Campaign intelligence

Ask questions about activation performance in natural language.

“Which location drove the most opt-ins on Saturday?” Answered, not dashboarded.

Four ways to work together

  1. 01

    Collaborative

In the room from the pitch. We shape the digital mechanic together with your creative team.

  2. 02

    White-label

Delivered under your name. Your client sees one team: yours.

  3. 03

    Direct to client

You make the introduction; we contract and deliver to the brand. The creative lead stays with you.

  4. 04

    Specialist workstream

A scoped technology workstream inside your project plan. Clear deliverables, clean handover.

You create the moment. We build what happens next.

Our part
Bringing a physical campaign into a digital environment

Before /second had a name, we built the digital side of an activation for 21Agency, created around Absolut Vodka × Tabasco. The brief: take a physical campaign and give it a digital environment to live in.

The work itself was straightforward. What it revealed was not. Brands invest heavily in physical engagement — and often lack the digital infrastructure to continue the interaction once it ends.

That gap is what /second was set up to close.

Project delivered for 21Agency. Brand names are the property of their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe the work.

/contact

Got a physical idea? Let’s build the second.

Early is fine. A rough idea, a brand and a date are enough to start a conversation.

What happens next

  1. 01We read it. Properly.
  2. 02You hear back shortly — from a person.
  3. 03A first call: the idea, the audience, the data, the date.
