/second brain

/second brain is being built. Until it opens, this box does one honest thing: it sends your problem to our mailbox.

1. You describe the problem, idea or process in your own words.
2. It reaches our mailbox through the contact form. Nothing is analysed by software.
3. A person on the team reads it and replies with a short analysis and a suggested next step, free, within two working days.

/second brain will live with your team as the front door of your innovation department. It will help people describe a problem, challenge assumptions, explore options and create a structured /second brief: problem, context, assumption, opportunity, next step.

When you decide something is worth taking further, you share the brief with the /second team with one explicit action, and they come back with a scoped next step. The design goal is to move from idea to scoped next step within the same working day.

Today, what you send is handled like any other enquiry: stored in Microsoft Azure in the EU and deleted after 24 months at the latest. See the privacy notice.

Before /second brain goes live we will publish exactly what it stores, for how long, which model provider processes it and where, and how you delete or export a conversation. Nothing from a conversation reaches the team unless you choose to share it. It will not make decisions about people.
