/How it works

Innovation is not a workshop. It is a loop.

One opportunity moves through short loops until there is enough evidence to move forward, adapt or stop. The team works on the same opportunity together, each person with AI assistants, and people make every decision.

01The /second loop

  1. /ideate: Understand the problem and explore possibilities. The object at this point: a rough note. Usually led by Morgane (Innovation).
  2. /shape: Turn the opportunity into a concrete proposition and decide what is worth testing. The object at this point: a structured opportunity. Usually led by Thomas (Product & AI).
  3. /validate: Challenge assumptions, viability, desirability and feasibility. The object at this point: a concept with numbers. Usually led by Vito (Finance & Viability).
  4. /build: Prototype, automate or develop what is needed. The object at this point: a working prototype. Usually led by Thomas (Product & AI).
  5. /launch: Bring it to users, customers or internal teams. The object at this point: a first user. Usually led by Cas (Growth).
  6. /learn: Measure behaviour, feedback and results. The object at this point: metrics that mean something. Usually led by Karst (Growth).
  7. /scale: Improve, expand and roll out where it creates value. The object at this point: an expanded rollout. Usually led by Cas (Growth).

Then the loop starts again. It is not a waterfall: an opportunity can go back a step, or stop, whenever the evidence says so.

02Where AI helps

AI assistants do research, preparation, drafts, test runs and a first review. They make work faster to prepare and cheaper to test.

03What stays human

Judgement, taste, trade-offs, relationships and the final call: what to recommend, what to build, what to stop, and what goes to a client. Everything is reviewed twice, first by an assistant, then by a person.

04How it starts

Usually with a fixed-price starter or a free short analysis of the problem you send us. You never buy the whole loop up front.
